Exchange Policy
Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of your parcel’s shipping date. After this period, you may take advantage of our unique guaranty.
Shipping/handling fees are applicable.
Item must be in its original condition.
For hygienic purposes, we do not accept exchanges on toys (including C & B toys), panties, or briefs; as well as any items that have any oral, penile, anal, or vaginal insertion point.
Special order items and items that have been chlorinated for you cannot be exchanged, nor canceled.
Polishing/dressing aid services are non-refundable.
Please contact us to arrange an exchange before sending us your item.
We reserve the right to charge a 20% re-stocking fee.
We do not make refunds.
Please inspect all items carefully before use, as a claim for a possible manufacturer’s defect will not be considered after its initial use. In the case of a possible manufacturer’s defect, please inform us within 30 days of your parcel’s shipping date, so that we may correct the situation.
Please use care in donning or removing your clothing as we cannot be responsible for items that are ripped or damaged. Please refer to the latex care information to maintain your latex.
Special Order Items
Some items that are not part of our regular stock can be made especially for you. It takes an average of 8/10 weeks*. Please review our exchange policy before purchasing these items, as they are final sale.
If you are purchasing a combination of in-stock items and 8/10 week delay items, you will have the option for two separate shipments when you go through the shopping cart.
When special order items are offered, they will be listed as such. Our selection is always growing, and by adding your name to our mailing list you will be up to date with all the latest products and promotions that we offer.
*We will strive to meet the aforementioned deadlines but please note that due to the current pandemic, manufacturers are short-staffed, and delivery companies are experiencing extended delays; therefore there is a strong possibility that your order may surpass these delays.
Order Cancellation Policy

If you decide to cancel your order (or part of your order) after it is finalized, we charge a cancellation fee of 10%.
Orders containing special order items (which require processing) cannot be canceled.
Undeliverable Parcel Policy
Once a parcel is out of our hands, we can’t do anything in its delivery process. Therefore, please review the address you provide before submitting your order. The postal system relies on your accuracy to deliver your parcel. Parcels undeliverable by the postal service will usually be returned to us; in which case we, are penalized by repaying the shipping fees.
To reship a parcel, we require that you pay the shipping fee, or the applicable fee if it was shipped for free. If the parcel was originally shipped without tracking, and for your peace of mind, we will ship the parcel with tracking.

Variations of Latex
Tailored latex clothing is made from latex sheets, which are manufactured with a strict thickness tolerance. Therefore, tailored latex articles have greater uniformity in thickness and overall quality than molded latex.The .02" gauge is considered standard thickness for latex clothing. Tailored latex clothing is made like traditional clothing; patterns are used on latex sheets to cut the garment. But unlike regular clothing, the latex pieces are glued together instead of being sewn. However, some tailored latex garment is also sewn in addition to being glued. The making of tailored latex clothing is labor-intensive and is normally more expensive than its molded latex equivalent. Since the garment is tailored, the fit is generally more anatomically adjusted to the body than molded latex. The stress points on the garment have seams (multiple latex layers, which are glued), and therefore, tailored latex is usually more resistant and fits better than molded latex.
Molded latex clothing is made from shaped molds (i.e. t-shirt) that are dipped into a liquid latex tank and are therefore a one-piece item with no seams, unlike tailored garments created from several pieces glued together.
In general, one-piece molded garments are less anatomically adjusted to the body than their tailored counterparts. However, since latex is a material that will easily mold to the body, it can still achieve a tailored look and fit.
The making of molded latex clothing is less labor-intensive, and therefore is normally less expensive than tailored latex clothing.
Toys, gloves, and most fetish wear (i.e. briefs with anal plug) are generally made from molded latex.
Certains items are made using a flat mold, where the edges of the mold create a seam in the garment.
The garment thickness is influenced by several factors like the amount of time the latex stays on the mold, the ambient temperature, and humidity during fabrication. Therefore, the thickness variance is greater with molded latex than tailored latex. In our molded latex garment description, the latex thickness given is an average since the thickness uniformity throughout the garment can vary.
Chlorinated latex is latex that has been exposed to a solution of chlorine and other chemicals. During this exposure, it will cause some of the chlorine molecules to attach to the surface of the rubber molecules. This process will reduce the friction on the surface of the latex. Therefore, the latex is smoother and it can usually be donned without the need for a dressing aid (talc, lube, etc.). Also, during storage, the garments will not tend to stick to themselves thus alleviating the need for talc.
Repairs will be more difficult to achieve on chlorinated latex as the glue will be less effective. You will likely require a professional repair should the need arise. Also, the chlorination process can slightly alter the original latex color.
Latex thickness of standard gauge stretches more and is more form-fitting than its thicker counterpart; this allows for more ample freedom of movement.
Heavy gauge latex clothing is more resistant to wear because of its inherent nature, but one should take into consideration that a proper fit is a key to the ultimate durability of all latex garments.

The shapes of the molds are anatomical with great attention to details. Meaning for example, that the socks are in the shape of a foot and leg with a right and left side. The tops have more space in the front than in the back, so the wearer can breathe easier. To reinforce the garment, the open edges are made thicker. Structurally, the garment will be less prone to tears.
Attention to reinforcing strategic areas and edges is performed during the several dripping processes (when a mold is dipped into the latex). High-quality control is maintained throughout the whole manufacturing.

Latex Care
Love the clothes you are in, and make the pleasure last! Here is how:
Before attempting to put the garment on, use either; talc powder, latex-friendly lubricant, or a dressing aid lotion, on the inside.
Pull-on gently, taking care that fingernails do not snag the material. Also, remove all jewelry, watches, etc. before wearing the garment as these may tear.
To obtain the special shine of the latex, use either; a shining spray or a polish treatment. Polish with a soft dry lint-free cloth.
To wash the garment, use warm soapy water, rinse thoroughly, and hang up to dry. After a while, turn inside out. Then, to prevent the latex from sticking to itself, use a polish treatment or talc powder.
Always store your clothing at room temperature (since cold will make the material less supple.)
Store items in a dark place to avoid lengthy exposure to light, which will cause deterioration.
